This website is here to describe the catering we provide and to let you send us an enquiry. The menus, packages, photographs and articles on it are information, not an offer or a contract.

Please use the site and its forms for genuine catering enquiries. We may decline to respond to submissions that are automated, abusive, or sent in bulk.

This is the most important thing on this page, so it is worth being direct about it: sending a quote request or a message through this website does not book your event. Nothing is held on your date until we have confirmed a booking with you.

In practice that means:

• An enquiry is a request to talk, not a confirmed booking.
• Availability for your date has to be checked and confirmed by us. It is never automatic.
• The final menu, quantities, guest count, venue, service arrangements and price are agreed with you separately, and are not set by anything on this website.
• A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed it to you directly, through our booking process.

Until that happens, please do not treat a date as held. If your event is close, or falls in a busy season, tell us and we will let you know quickly where we stand.

The packages and menus shown on this website are starting points to plan from. They are not fixed products at a fixed price, and nothing on this website is a quote.

What a quote is built around depends on your event, including:

• How many guests you expect
• Which dishes you choose, and how many courses
• The date of the event
• The venue, and where it is
• How the food is served - buffet, seated service or live counters
• Any additional services you ask for

A quote we give you is specific to the event we discussed. If the guest count, menu, date or venue changes, the quote may change with it.

The dishes listed on this website show the range we cook from. They are not a guarantee that every dish is available for every event.

• Menu items vary by season, by event, and by what the venue makes possible.
• Availability of a particular dish is confirmed while your menu is being finalised, not at the point of enquiry.
• Where a dish cannot be prepared for your event, we will say so and suggest alternatives.
• Jain and no onion, no garlic preparation must be agreed and confirmed explicitly as part of your menu. Please do not assume it from a page on this website.

All the food we cook is vegetarian. Beyond that, please tell us clearly and in advance about any dietary requirement, exclusion or allergy that matters for your event, and confirm it with us in writing while the menu is being planned rather than on the day.

We take exclusions seriously and will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do for your event. We do not claim an allergen-free kitchen, and food prepared in a working catering kitchen may come into contact with other ingredients. If an allergy is severe, please raise it with us directly so that we can discuss it properly before you book.

Specific booking, payment, cancellation and refund conditions are not published on this website. They are set out and agreed with you during the booking process, before anything is confirmed.

We would rather tell you the terms that actually apply to your event than publish general ones here that turn out not to. If you want to know where you would stand before enquiring, ask us and we will explain.

The text, layout, design and branding of this website belong to Jain Cooking Catering & Services. Photographs and other materials belong to us or to their respective rights holders, including where they are licensed from a third party.

Please do not copy or reuse content from this site for commercial purposes without asking us first. You are welcome to share a link to any page.

This website links to other services, such as WhatsApp, and may link to maps or social media pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their own terms apply once you leave this site.

We try to keep this website accurate and current, but details change - menus, service options and contact details among them. Information here may not always be complete or up to date.

Please confirm anything that matters to your decision with us directly before booking, rather than relying only on a page here.

We may update these terms as the business and the website change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
