Where we cater
We are based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, and that is where most of our catering takes place. Whether we can cover a venue further out depends less on the distance than on what the venue itself allows - so this page sets out both.

Holding your event somewhere else?
Whether we can cater outside Gwalior depends on the venue, the date and the size of the function, so we would rather answer it properly than publish a radius that would not hold. Tell us where your event is being held when you enquire and we will confirm straight away.

Distance is rarely the deciding factor. These are the things we check first, and they are worth knowing before you book a hall:
- Kitchen and prep space
- Whether there is somewhere on site to finish and plate food, or whether everything has to arrive ready.
- Power and open flame
- Live counters and breads cooked through service need both, and not every hall permits them.
- Access and timing
- When we can get in to set up, and how long we have before guests arrive.
- Water and washing
- Available water and somewhere to wash up changes what serveware makes sense.
- Guest numbers and layout
- How many counters the space takes, and whether one buffet line will clear in time.
- The date
- Wedding season books up. An early conversation is worth more than a long notice period.
